August 2021 Release Notes

What’s New?

  • Ticket Printing

  • New Clipboard Report

  • Product Category Refactoring

  • Bug Fixes

August was all about finalizing important features to kickoff the winter season. In the most noticeable instance, we released ticket printing to allow our partners to print tickets from the admin area and point of sale. In addition, a new report called “Clipboard Report” can be found under Guest & Product Info. This provides insights about staff and lesson size. We also released some important product type changes internally, which will set the stage for future improvements to the app.

Ticket Printing

Quick Review

  • Print tickets right from the Admin Area

  • For set-up we need to know:

    • What type of printer(s) are used?

    • What does the ticket display look like?

    • Ticket stock for test printing is very helpful

  • You can test-drive ticket printing too!

With this new feature you are now able to print lift tickets, tubing tickets, event tickets, and more right from the Admin area of our app. We configure your ticket display which enables printing right from the Itineraries or Guest page. If you’re interested in ticket printing contact our support team to get it set-up.

New Clipboard Report

Quick Review

  • New report based on your lesson schedule from the Clipboard

  • Easily gain season insights:

    • Who taught what?

    • How many lessons did they teach?

    • How many people did they instruct?

    • Average people per instructor

This report gives you the ability to pull data points about your season’s lessons. Some partners are using it to make decisions about this upcoming season’s lessons by looking at last season’s data. You can easily reach insights related to instructors and lessons using this report, found under the Guest & Product Info section of Reporting.

Product Category refactoring

Quick Review

  • Add-ons will now be defined based on their product type

  • Season Passes will now be found under passes, and are no longer add-ons

  • These changes set the stage for future work and enhancements

For now, product category refactoring will remain behind closed doors but will surface when we release our Rental Integration.

  • Added SSL certificates on Staging

  • Itinerary price bug fix
